摘　　要：为弄清贵州马铃薯脱毒种薯繁育生产中存在的问题,于2005-2011年对省内主要基地进行了调查和取样分析。结果表明:基地选址不当、基地建设资金投入不足、部分技术人员技能有待提高、脱毒种薯繁育企业的质量监督管理机制不健全和病毒再侵染严重等是贵州省脱毒种薯繁育体系中存在的主要问题,提出了对策和建议。An investigation and sampling analysis of the main bases was conducted during 2005--2011 to figure out the existing problems in virus-free seed potato propagation in Guizhou. The results showed that the incorrect site selection, insufficient input of base construction fund, professional skill of some artisans needed to be improved, imperfect quality supervision and management mechanism of virus-free seed potato propagation enterprise and severe secondary infection of virus were the major problems existing in the virus-free seed potato propagation system. And the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
