摘　　要：对方便油茶的配方、加工技术进行了研究,并在传统油茶的用料、加工工艺的基础上进行改良创新,同时提出制作方便油茶的用料及加工工艺技术方案,为今后开展方便油茶的研究与开发提供科学依据。This formula and processing technology of ＂convenient oiled-tea＂has been studied in this paper. Traditional oiled-tea materials selection and the processing technology were improved and innovated. A technical scheme of formula and processing technology has been put forward for providing science pretrence for further research and development of＂convenient oiled-tea＂.
