摘　　要：我国专业学位研究生培养目前还没有形成自己独立的体系,尤其是在培养质量评价及体系构建方面尚未形成自身特色。在分析专业学位研究生培养的定位和质量规定基础上,确定其质量规格主要体现在专业基础、解决实际问题能力和组织管理能力三方面;质量评价也主要基于这三个层面构建,考察培养质量形成全过程,尽量以研究生主体所要达到的培养要求为可考核的评价内容;在质量保障体系构建上,应将培养质量的形成全过程分解到各个培养环节和审查环节中。An independent system for professional master＇s degree programs is still lacking in China. The problem is espemally prominent with quality evaluation and system construction. Based on an analysis of the orientation and quality control of such programs, a three-fold focus is identified -- a basic professional knowledge, practical problem-solving skills, and organizational and administrative abilities. A corresponding quality evaluation system should be established to monitor the whole process of training. In the construction of a quality assurance system, the process should be eategorized into various phases and items of training for the guarantee of education quality.
