摘　　要：我国专业学位研究生教育发展到了关键的转折期,随着专业学位研究生招生规模的迅速扩大,质量保障面临多方面的挑战。本文在梳理专业学位质量保障现状的基础上,探讨专业学位质量保障的基本规律,以责权关系为主线,从质量保障关键措施、分类标准、行为主体三个维度,勾画质量保障模型,提出了构建"政府授权、单位自治与社会监督"责权分明、多元协同的专业学位质量保障机制新思路,并给出了一些政策建议。Education for professional degrees in China has come to a critical stage as the number of professional master degree programs increases rapidly along with severe challenges for their quality assurance （QA）. Based on a review of the current situation of QA for professional degree programs, the paper analyzes the nature of QA with its rights and responsibilities and presents a three-dimensional QA model that consists of key measures, criteria and agents. Recommendations are offered for a new type of QA that is characterized by a clearly defined, multi-agent cooperated mechanism with government authorization, university autonomy and community supervision.
