松茸乙醇提取物对小鼠S180肉瘤生长的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的探讨松茸乙醇提取物对小鼠S180肉瘤生长的抑制作用。方法按标准方法给小鼠接种S180肉瘤细胞,随机分组,分别灌胃给予1 000、500、250 mg/kg松茸乙醇提取物,10 d后观察肿瘤抑制率、免疫器官质量分数、体重的变化及HE染色肿瘤组织结构。结果不同剂量松茸乙醇提取物对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制率分别为41.82%、36.36%、8.48%;脾脏质量分数、胸腺质量分数与肿瘤模型组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论松茸乙醇提取物对小鼠S180肉瘤的生长有抑制作用。Objective To study the inhibitory effects of EtOH extract of the Tricholoma matsutake for the S180 sarcoma cells in mice.Methods S180 sarcoma cells were inoculated into the mice according to the standard approach,and the mice were randomly divided and performed by intragastic administration with 1 000,500,250 mg/kg dosages of EtOH extract of the Tricholoma matsutake.The growth inhibitory ratio of the S180 sarcoma cells,mass weight of immune organs,spleen-body ratio and HE staining intumor were observed after 10 days.Results The different dosages of EtOH extract of the Tricholoma matsutake inhibitory rates for the tumor were 41.82%,36.36%,8.48%,respectively,and compared with S180 control group,the chest gland-body ratio and spleen-body ratio was no significant difference（all P 0.05）.Conclusion EtOH extract of the Tricholoma matsutake can inhibit the growth of S180 sarcoma cells transplanted in mice.
