知识经济视角下图书馆员角色的嬗变

摘　　要：知识经济的兴起,使知识逐渐成为社会经济发展的基础,作为人类知识的宝库,图书馆在知识的收集、传播、使用和生产中具有不可估量的作用,图书馆员也肩负着传播科学成果和人类文明的历史重任。本文以图书馆服务职能的演进过程为主线,阐述了图书馆员在知识经济视角下从知识的收集者、传播者、使用者、到知识的生产者的嬗变过程。Knowledge has become the foundation of the social and economy development with of the rise of knowledge economy. As the treasure house of human knowledge, the lihrary plays an important role in knowledge collection, transmission, using and production and librarians also bear a historical mission of spreading scientific achievements and human civilization. Based on evolution process of library service function, the evolution of the librarian roles as collector, disseminator and user, and producer of knowledge are described.
