摘　　要：医学微生物与免疫学是中医院校各专业的一门重要基础课程,也是一门较难讲解的课程,其课时少、内容多,对于留学生更是如此。针对本校留学生在教学中出现的问题,如教材和教学内容的选择、现代教学手段以及教师的选择等方面,笔者做了诸多尝试,在此将笔者的一些体会与各位同仁共同探讨,以期提高留学生的医学微生物与免疫学教学水平。Medical microbiology and immunology is an important basic course in colleges of TCM.It is also difficult to teach because of its fewer hours,more content,especially for foreign students.Faced with the problems occur in teaching medical microbiology and immunology to overseas students at our college,the author have made a lot of attempts.For example,selecting textbooks and teaching contents,selecting teachers,improving our teaching methods and means.Now we are discussing and sharing our experiences aiming at enhancing the teaching level of medical microbiology and immunology for foreign students.
