摘  要:目的:了解护生对临床教学工作的满意度情况,为临床带教工作的改进提供参考依据。方法:采用自制的调查问卷及开放式讨论,对我院170名护生进行满意度调查。结果:护生对临床教学满意度评分较高;除"每周有理论及操作提问"外,其它9个条目的满意度得分,不同学历间存在统计学差异(P<0.05);小讲课次数与满意度得分呈正相关;护生更希望得到固定带教、增加小讲课次数与动手操作的机会。结论:临床教学工作中应尽量固定带教老师并提高小讲课次数,对不同学历层次的护生进行因材施教,放手不放眼,加强同护生的沟通,从而提高护生的满意度,为日后的临床工作奠定良好的基础。Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of internship nurses toward clinical teaching,and for.the improvement of clin- ical teaching. Methods A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out in our hospitals, a total of 170 cases of internship nurses were investigated to identify their satisfaction degree toward clinical teaching by filling out a self-made questionnaire and also an open- discussion. Results A higher score appeared on clinical teaching satisfaction; and there was significant difference (P〈0.05) between different educational level on the satisfaction items except “need to answer theoretical and clinical questions evehy week”,the frequency of theoretical teaching had high correlation with satisfaction score. The nurse students attend to have a fixed teacher, more opportuni- ties to theoretical learning and clinical practices. Conclusion Clinical teaching work should be fixed with teachers and give more theo- retical teaching times, different teaching skills should be used in accordance with their education levels, pay attention to the communi- cation with internship nurses, so as to improve the satisfaction degree and also for well to the future clinical work.
