摘 要:新护士规范化管理是护理人力资源管理的重要组成部分,分析规范化管理中存在的问题,建议从严格准入关,加强规范化管理;严格培训关,提高新护士自身素质和基本技能;严格带教教师关,提高带教质量;严格考核关,加强护理管理等手段,不断提高规范化管理的质量。New nurse standardized managernetlt is an important part of the nursing human resource management.AnalYzing, the problems existing in the standardized management, we suggestion that we should take some actions.First,we should be strict in admission standard and strengthen the normalization management.SecondlY,we must be strict with the new nurse in training and improve their own quality and basic skills,Thirdly, we should strictly make an access to teachers in order to mprove teaching quality.At last, we should be strict with appraisal and strengthen the means of nursing management,and then constantly improve the quality of standardized management.
