福建省部分社区高血压患者心理调适影响因素的通径分析

摘　　要：目的了解社区高血压患者心理调适的影响因素及其相互作用途径。方法采用罗杰斯心理健康调适问卷、幸福感指数、婚姻调适量表、家庭关怀度指数、内控量表、自尊量表和社会支持量表调查2 118名社区高血压患者。结果 22.10%的高血压患者心理调适较差。等级回归分析显示,年龄、幸福感、婚姻调适、内控性格、自尊、社会支持、家庭功能(良好)和家庭功能(一般)与心理调适有关(OR=1.534、1.252、1.737、1.840、1.560、1.610、6.443、2.732)。通径分析显示,家庭功能、婚姻调适、社会支持、自尊、幸福感、内控性格和年龄直接影响心理调适,路径系数总效应分别为0.335、0.224、0.217、0.183、0.159、0.152、-0.083。结论影响高血压心理调适的因素是多方面的,应该多角度采取综合措施进行干预。Objective To analyze factors associated with psychological adjustment of patients with hypertension in communities of Fujian.Methods A total of 2118 patients with hypertension were surveyed with mental health questionnaire,happiness level index,marital adjustment scale,family caring index,internal control questionnaire,self esteem scale and social support scale.Results 22.10% of patients with hypertension could not adjust themselves well.The ordinal regression analysis revealed that age,happiness,marital adjustment,self control,esteem and social support,family relationship were all related to psychological adjustment（OR=1.534,1.252.1.737.1.840,1.560,1.610,6.443,2.732）.Based on the result of path analysis,family relationship,marital adjustment,social support,self esteem,happiness,self control and age directly influenced the psychological adjustment with path coefficients of 0.335,0.224,0.217,0.183,0.159,0.152 and-0.083.Conclusions There are multiple factors influencing the psychological adjustment of patients with hypertension,therefore,a comprehensive intervention methods should be applied to improve adjustment ability of patients.
