摘　　要：目的了解和掌握元江县居民食用碘盐的状况,及时发现问题,采取措施,为防治碘缺乏病工作提供科学依据。方法《云南省碘盐监测方案》和GB/T 13025.7-1999的需求采用直接滴定法,对居民食用碘盐进行监测。结果 2007—2011年共监测食用盐1 440份,合格碘盐1 409份,非碘盐5份,不合格碘盐26份,碘盐覆盖率99.65%,碘盐合格率98.18%,合格碘盐食用率97.85%。结论 2007—2011年该县碘盐覆盖率,碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率,均达到碘缺乏病消除标准。[Objective]To understand the consumption status of iodized salt in residents in Ynanjiang County, find out problems and carry out the control measures, as well as provide scientific basis for prevention of the iodine deficiency disease （ IDD ）. [ Methods] Based on the requirements of Yunnan Iodized Salt Monitoring Program and GB/T 13025.7-1999, the consumption sta- tus of iodized salt was monitored by direct titration method. [ Results] A total of 1440 samples of iodized salt were monitored during 2007-2011, which included 1 409 samples of qualified iodized salt, 5 samples of non-iodized salt and 26 samples of unqualified io- dized salt. The coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.65% ,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 98.18%, and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 97.85%. [ Conclusion] The coverage rate, qualified rate and consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in Yuanjiang County during 2007-2011all reach the standard for IDD elimination.
