摘　　要：高校青年教师是实施科教兴国、人才强国,建设创新型国家的骨干力量。在高等教育大众化形势下,如何加强高校青年教师队伍建设,提高高校的教学质量和核心竞争力,是当前高校急需解决的问题,也是我国高校改革发展过程中必须解决的一项重大理论课题。文章对高校青年教师师德的现状与存在问题的原因进行认真分析,并提出加强高校青年教师师德建设的有效途径和方法,以达到促进高校青年教师师德建设的目的。The implementation of young university teachers is to rejuvenate the nation, talent power, building the innovative country backbone strength. In the higher education popularization situation, how to strengthen the young university teachers team construction, improve the teaching quality and core competitiveness, is the urgent need to resolve the problem, but also in the course of reform and development in colleges and universities must solve a major theory problem. Based on the young teacher＇s virtue of the status and problems of the cause of the careful analysis, and put forward to strengthen the construction of teachers＇ virtue young teachers are effective ways and methods to stimulate young university teacher＇s virtue construction purpose.
