摘　　要：目前,高校职业生涯规划教育主要通过职业生涯规划课程的开设进行。师资的紧张、教学方式的单一以及各种原因,使得学生在职业生涯教育中的实践不足,效果有限。本文从专业学生社团的角度出发,思考充分利用学生团体资源来运作职业生涯教育的实践活动,从多角度、多层次、多种方式让学生主动进行生涯规划,让生涯规划教育在高校开展的效果变得更好、更切合实际、更丰富多彩。At present, the college career planning education mainly opens through the career planning course. Because of short of teachers, single teaching method and other reasons, the effect of education is limited. On the perspective of professional student associations, we should make full use of student group＇s resources to run the career education practice. More sights, more levels and various ways, we can carry out＂ students＇ career plan- ning in practice. Career planning education in college will carry out more effect in the future.
