基于工作过程系统化的高职电力机车专业课程与教学改革初探

摘　　要：本文借鉴德国职业教育先进思想,提出了基于工作过程系统化的高职电力机车专业课程体系开发的理念和思路,以《电力机车车体和转向架的检修与维护》课程为案例,介绍了基于工作过程系统化模式下的学习情境、课业文本、教学模式及教学评价设计等学习领域课程建设内容,并针对教学实施过程中存在的问题提出了对策。This paper proposed concepts and ideas of curriculum system development of higher vocational electric locomotive major based on systematization of working process, learning from advanced thought of German vocational education, and introduced learning area curriculum construction contents of learning situation, texts, teaching mode and teaching evaluation design based on systematization of working process, taking the course of Repair and Maintenance of Electric Locomotive Body and Bogie as a case, and put forward the countermeasure, aiming at the problems in the process of teaching implementation.
