职业院校学生可持续发展能力探析

摘　　要：职业院校教育不仅要培养高素质技能型专门人才,更要关注学生可持续发展和转岗能力的培养,培养学生的可持续发展能力是时代和社会赋予职教的重要使命,职业院校对学生发展能力的培养现状不容乐观,文章从职业院校教育发展与学生可持续发展能力的关系出发,探讨了日常教学管理中职业院校学生可持续发展的现状及影响因素并提出了建议。Through investigating present situation of them, exerting statistical analyses of SPSS, It externally analyses actuality, discusses some interrelated problems existing in students＂ sustainable development in vocational school. And accurately finds out influence causes, also advances countermeasures and suggestions for students＂ sustainable development in vocational school, which offers theoretic foundation for dealing with some problems existing in it and demonstrates directions for cultivating students in vocational school.
