关于切实加强高校二级教代会建设的思考

摘　　要：目前,高校二级教代会建设已成为学校教代会的延伸,对促进教职工主人翁意识的形成、提高基层民主化程度、保持学校及二级单位事业发展起到重要的作用。高校二级教代会建设也存在着认识不到位、职权泛化虚化、机制建设不完善等问题。对二级教代会形成充分认识、赋予二级教代会真正的职权、加强二级教代会机制的建设,是应对当前高校二级教代会问题的必然要求。Currently, college second-level teachers＇ congress has become the extension of school teachers＇ congress, and it plays an important role in forming teachers＇ master consciousness, improving grass-roots demoeratic degree and keeping the development of second-level organizations. In view of the understanding of the problems in the construction of college second-level teachers＇ congress, this paper discusses the solutions.
