美国高等教育多元化投资体制及对我国的启示探究

摘　　要：西方发达国家的高等教育开始从精英教育型向大众化教育型快速发生转变,有些国家已经普及了高等教育。针对上述这种大规模的教育,只凭借政府投资是远远不够的。大多数国家都选用多元化的投资机制。其中,对高等教育实施多元化投资机制最典型的国家为美国。迄今为止,多元化的投资机制和传统投资机制发生了较大变化,这是我们需要深入探讨的问题。本文主要对美国高等教育多元化投资体制现状、影响因素、发展趋势等进行深入的探讨,并且对我国高等教育存在的问题和对我国的高等教育投资体制改革所带有的启示进行全面讨论。Higher education in Western developed countries is beginning to change rapidly from elite education to popular e- ducation, what＇s more, some countries have popularized higher education. In view of the above mass education, only by virtue of the government investment is not enough. Most countries use a diversified investment mechanism. Among them, the most typical one is America. So far, the diversified investment mechanism and the traditional investment mechanism have changed a lot, which is the issue we need to discuss. This pa- per deeply discusses the current situation, influencing factors and development trends of American diversified higher educa- tion investment system, and its enlightenment on China.
