摘　　要：随着卓越工程师计划的推出和实施,学生实践能力的培养在本科教学中日趋重要。结合作者在实际工作中的体会,论述了软件工程教育中,提高学生实践能力的几个重要方面:制度改革、实验室软硬件设备建设、丰富的工程实践活动及开放式实验教学、与行业企业合作和学生的国际化培养。With the publication and implement of ＂The plan to Cultivate Outstanding Engineers＂, practice ability training becomes more and more important for college students. According to author＇s working experience, several important aspects of practice ability training for software engineering students were discussed in this paper, including education system reform, software and hardware construction, various engineering practice, learning and teaching in open lab and international education.
