全日制自考助学班学生职业能力培养刍议

摘　　要：职业能力的培养是目前我国高校必须面对的重要课题,大学生,尤其是全日制自考助学班学生应具备职业能力。我们可以通过构建并实施与培养自考生职业能力相适应的人才培养方案、改革目前的课堂教学模式、广泛开辟第二课堂、将职业准入制度引入自考生职业能力评价体系等措施,努力打造自考生职业能力。By the construction and implementation of talent cultivation plan related to the cultivation of self-study students＇ vocational abilities, reform of the current classroom teaching mode, and openning up of the second classroom widely, this paper introduces vocational admittance system into self-study students＇ vocational ability evaluation system etc, in order to build up students＇ vocational abilities.
