中医学专业实习生出科考核标准化操作方案初探

摘　　要：指出目前中医学专业实习生出科考核存在的主要问题,研究制定了连云港附属医院出科考核方案;通过实践,不仅学生的临床技能和带教老师的带教能力得到了明显提高,而且该院对临床教学质量的管理能力也得到了极大提高。The main issues existed in the practice examination for TCM extem are pointed out andexamination program is studied and formulated; not only the students＇ clinical skills and the teachers＇ teaching ability, but also hospital management to the quality of clinical teaching has been improved greatly through the practice.
