单独招生对高职教育的影响与对策探析

摘　　要：多元化招生是高等职业教育发展的必然趋势,单独招生是高职院校多元化招生的重要形式之一,也是高职院校招生模式改革的必然发展方向。它给高职教育带来了全方位的影响,它一方面拓展了学生的就业空间;另一方面也加大了学生管理难度。因此,高职院校必须积极探索有效措施来承接和应对这种正负面影响,如可采取组建单独招生联盟、革新学生管理模式、加大教学改革力度、强化学生就业优势等方面措施。Diversified enrollment is the inevitable trend of the development of higher vocational education.Separate enrollment is one important form of diversified enrollment of higher vocational colleges and the inevitable direction of enrollment mode reform of higher vocational college.It brings higher vocational education comprehensive impacts.On one hand,it expands the students＇ employment space;on the other hand,it also increases the difficulty of student management.Therefore,higher vocational colleges must actively explore effective measures to accept and deal with these negative effects,such as setting up sole recruit students union,innovating student management pattern,increasing teaching reform,strengthening students＇ employment advantages,etc.
