摘　　要：本文探讨了管理心理学中需要理论、期望理论和公平理论在高职学生教育实践中的运用,对目前高职学生的教育工作具有较强的指导意义。The application of managerial psychology theory is discussed,including need theory,expectancy theory and equity theory in the practice of higher vocational students＇ education,which has a strong guidance meaning for higher vocational students＇ education at present.
