摘　　要：对化学专业学生的教育实习情况进行了思考,提出了化学教学论课程教学开展组合训练的必要性,在教学中把教师仪表和语言表达、化学实验演示和解说及教材分析与反思等教学基本功进行了组合训练,训练结果分析表明:组合训练是提升高师化学专业学生职业素养的有效途径。Based on the situation of the teaching practice course,we insist the necessity of the combinatorial training in ＂the theory of chemical education＂ class.The combinatorial training is consisted by the training of several teaching skills which include the posture and appearance,the language expression,the experiment demonstration/explaining,and the analysis and reexamination of the textbooks.The analysis of the training results indicates that： combinatorial training is an efficient method to improve the professionalism of the students in chemical education program.
