项目教学法在军械制配士官教学中的应用

摘　　要：依据项目教学法的特点和士官教育的基本属性,阐述了项目教学法在军械制配士官教学中的应用,提出了教学步骤;结合实例,给出了教学设计及技能操作标准.教学实践表明,项目教学法能最大限度地激发学员的学习积极性.On the basis of the features of project teaching method and the primary attributes of sergeant education,this article expounds the application of project method to the teaching of ordnance maintenance sergeants,brings about the teaching procedures and presents the teaching design and skill operation standard by combining the examples.Teaching practice shows that this proposed project teaching method can furthest promote the cadets’learning initiative.
