摘　　要：学术不端是我国历史文化中实事求是精神与实用主义博弈的消极产物,应当对此实行伦理控制。学术人应当是融自由与自律于一体的职业人,是自我控制能力最强的社会人。学术不端的伦理控制,首先应当唤醒学术人的自我意识,在问学实践和德性实践中实现自我。其次还要加强学术共同体的伦理建设,将学术自由、学术创新、学术平等和学术批评牢固树立为长期践行的伦理价值目标。全社会要从学术伦理的教育与教化的结合上,对于学术失范、学术不端的规范与规制的结合上,实行伦理控制。这样才能有效克服学术不端,推动我国学术事业的繁荣与发展。Academic dishonesty,the passive product of the game between the spirit of seeking truth from facts and pragmatism in the cultural history of China,should be controlled ethically.Scholars should be professionals who combine liberty and self-displine.They should have the best ability of self-displine.When reinforcing the ethical control on academic dishonesty,we should firstly awaken the self-conciousness of scolars to fulfill themselves in the practice of academic studies and moral discipline.Then,the academic community should strengthen ethical construction.For a long time,the ethical construction on academic community has neglected the value target of academic innovation,liberty,standards and criticism,which leads to the deterioration of academic ethics and academic dishonesty.These phenomena should be corrected.We should put the reconstruction of academic ethics of all societies on the top agenda by combining ethical education with moral regulations.Thus,putting ethic control in multiple and coordinated ways is of great significance and can bring expectable results of overcoming academic dishonesty and promote academic prosperity and development of China.
