灵芝孢子粉食品毒理学安全性评价

摘　　要：本文研究了灵芝孢子粉的食品毒理学安全性 ,结果表明 :灵芝孢子粉小鼠经口服LD50 >1 0g kg .BW ,属无毒级 ;鼠伤寒沙门氏菌 哺乳动物微粒体酶试验、骨髓微核试验及小鼠精子畸变试验表明该样品无突变作用、无细胞毒性作用和无致突变作用及对生殖细胞无致突变作用 ;3 0天喂养试验结果表明对动物最大无毒作用剂量大于 3 .0g kg .BW d。可以作保健食品的原料。In this paper was studied food safe toxicology of mythic fungus spore powder,the resultshowed:mouse take orally LD 50 >10g/kg.BW,mythic fungus spore power beloge to unpoison class;mouse Salmonella Typhimurium/mammal microsome enzyme test showed the power without unmutation,marron micronucleus test showed with out eytotoxicity and mutagenesis,mouse spermatozoa aberratio test showed without mutagenesis to germ cell;30days feeding test to animal largest no effect dose>3.0g/kg.BW/d.That may be to become raw material of health food.
