陕西省职业教育集团化办学的现状与对策

摘　　要：陕西省从2008年开始职业教育集团化办学实践，现已组建十四个行业性质明显的职业教育集团，提升了陕西省职业教育办学实力和水平，增强了职业教育服务经济社会发展的能力。通过对全省职业教育集团实际情况的调查，对职业教育集团的现状进行了梳理，对存在的问题进行了分析，提出了相应的建议：加大政策层面的支持与指导，灵活运用职教集团内部的运行机制，切实推进企业参与集团建设的积极性，通过宣传提升职教集团的社会认可度，发挥行业优势构建产学研结合新平台，进一步完善职教集团的制度建设。Since the beginning of the practice of Shaanxi vocational education groups in 2008, fourteen education groups with their respective features have been established, which have greatly promoted the vocational education of Shaanxi province, and enhance the ability of the service of vocational education to economy and social development. According to the survey on vocational education groups, this paper analyzes the current situation, the existing problems, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions; such as enhance policy support and guidance, run the internal operation mechanism of vocational education group flexibly, and promote the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the group construction, promote social recognition of vocational education group through propaganda, and, utilize the advantage of industry to construct the new platform combined with industry, college and rearcher center, and further perfect the system construction of vocational education groups.
