摘　　要：国内外职业教育集团化办学呈现出多种模式，陕西省已经组建了十四个行业特征明显的职教集团，通过对全省职业教育集团发展状况调查分析，归纳了其办学模式特色以及存在的问题，提出了陕西省职教集团的发展思路。There are a variety of patterns for domestic and foreign vocational education groups. Fourteen vocational education groups with distingushed industry characteristics have been established. Based on investigation and analysis of the developing status of the vocational education groups, this paper summarizes the characteristics of school running mode and the existing problems; and puts forward the development direction of vocational education groups in Shaanxi Province.
