摘　　要：职业技能竞赛是高职院校发展职业教育、提高人才素质的重要手段，在学生综合素质培养中发挥了重要的作用。本文阐述了职业技能竞赛的意义与作用，系统探讨了职业技能竞赛的模式，研究了职业技能竞赛的原则、组织方式、考核奖励、保障机制等内容。Occupation skill competition is an important means for the development of vocational college occupation education and the quality of talents. And it plays an important role in cultivating students＂ comprehensive quality. This paper expounds the significance and role of occupation skill competition and discusses deeply on its mode. And it studies the principle, organization, assessment incentives and security mechanisms of occupation skill competition.
