摘  要:目的建立奶粉中碘的顶空气相色谱测定方法。方法将奶粉中碘和丁酮衍生成碘丁酮后,抽取顶空瓶上层气体,经内径3mm,长2m玻璃柱(内装涂以1.5%DC-550固定液的80~100目硅藻土)分离,气相色谱电子捕获检测器定量。结果该方法线性范围0.020~1.60μg/ml,检出限0.002μg/ml,相关系数r=0.999,加标回收率在91.0%~106.0%之间,相对标准偏差为3.7%。结论此方法具有快速、简便、灵敏度高、重线性好、有机试剂用量少等特点,能够用于奶粉中碘含量的检测。OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the determination of iodine in milk powder by gas chromatography after derivatization. METHODS After derivazation of iodine to iodine butanone, the headspace gas was extracted for separation by the packed column (2m ×3mm) filled with diatomite (80mesh-100mesh) which was coated with 1.5% DC-550 and detected with electronic capture detector (ECD). RESULTS The linear range of method was 0.02-1.6 μg/ml with the limit of detection of 0.002 μg/mt. The coefficient of correlation was 0.999. The recovery rates were between 91.0%-106.0% with RSD of 3.7%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, quick, sensitive, selective and suitable to the determination of iodine in milk powder.
