摘　　要：在论述产学研合作项目绩效评价指标设计原则基础上,从投入与产出两方面设计项目绩效评价指标,进而运用集对分析的思想方法建立高校产学研合作项目绩效评价的方法与模型,并举例说明其初步应用。Grounded upon the elaboration of the designing principle for the performance assessment of cooperation projects with the trinity of enterprises, universities and research institutes, the papers puts forward the opinion that the assessment index results from the input and output, establishes an assessment matrix based on the Set Pair Analysis （SPA） , and presents some examples to interpret its preliminary application.
