摘  要:在构建包含10个胜任特征的中层管理者胜任力模型的基础上,对新疆移动中层管理者胜任力进行测评,发现他们在"思想政治素质"、"廉洁自律"上得分较高,而在"培养下属"、"问题解决"及"创新能力"上亟需提升,另外,他们的胜任力水平因地区经济发展水平、工作内容及性质的不同而存在显著差异。Middle - level managers are communicators of corporate vision and mission, executors of strategy as well as tactical decision makers. Therefore, their competence directly determines the operating performance of enterprises. The paper builds a competency model of middle - level manager, which contains 10 competences, and then the capacities of middle - level managers of CMCC Xinjiang Co. Ltd are assessed. They score high on " ideological and political quality" and " self - discipline", while their competences of "cultivating subordinates", "solving problems " and " innovation" are desiderate to improve. The results also suggest that there are significant differences of middle - level managers' competency due to regional economic development level, working contents and characteristics.
