摘　　要：在分析场的本质涵义、场的特征、知识创造的系统要素以及影响因素基础上,建立系统化的评价体系与评价方法,旨在为企业自查并进一步改进"场"提供参考。The dynam of knowledge creation comes not only from individuals but also the interaction between persons and its environment which is named Ba. The paper analyzes the meaning and the characteristic of Ba, and the elements of knowledge creative system. And then it establishes the evaluation system of knowledge creative Ba. Its aim is to help enterprise diagnose and improve its Ba.
