摘 要:鉴于超声波技术在植物成分提取领域的广泛应用,文章从环境保护、节省资源的角度出发,使用不同的溶剂,利用不同的纯化方法,通过对辣椒红色素粗品和纯化产品的色价、产品价格、提取副产品等方面进行全面分析,论证了超声波辅助和搅拌辅助两种提取辣椒红色素方法的特点。实验结果说明,超声波提取的色价高,但产率低。使用乙酸乙酯作溶剂,超声波辅助提取30min,可以得到色价为155.6的粗产品。经过柱层析纯化,可以得到色价为549.3的纯品,同时可以得到纯度较高的其他色素。搅拌辅助提取的色价低,产率高。用乙醇作溶剂,搅拌辅助粗提,所得产品成本低、产率较高,30min产率就达到7.71%,同时可以更多利用副产品。In view of the extensive application of ultrasonic technology in the field of plant components extraction, starting from the point of view of environmental protection and resource-saving, use dif- ferent solvents with different purification methods to analyze and demonstrate the characteristics of the two extraction methods of capsanthin as ultrasound-assisted and mixing through the color value of capsanthin crude and purified products, product prices, extraction by-products and other aspects. The results show that the color value of ultrasonic extraction is high, but lower yield. Using ethyl acetate as the solvent, ultrasonic assisted extraction of 30 min, the color value of 155.6 of crude products can be gotten. After column chromatography, get the color value of 549.3 of purification and higher puri- ty pigment. By mixing assisted extraction method, the color value is low and the yield is high. Take ethanol as solvent, mixing assisted crude extraction obtained low cost, high yield, the yield can reach to 7.71% for 30 min, at the same time, it can make more use of by-products.
