新生代农民工的心理资本与工作满意度、调换工作倾向的实证研究

摘　　要：在文献研究和理论分析的基础上,初步梳理了心理资本的观点。并在此基础上,用实证方法研究了新生代农民工心理资本对工作满意度和调换工作倾向的关系。研究结果表明,心理资本与自我效能、韧性、希望和乐观之间相关较高(P<0.05)。回归分析表明,性别和年龄对工作满意度、调换工作倾向的影响比较小;心理资本及其四个维度对工作满意度有显著的正向影响作用,对调换工作倾向有负向影响作用,且达到显著性水平(P<0.05);心理资本比任何单个维度能够解释更多的效果变量的变异。Based on the literature study and theoretical analysis,we discuss the point of psychological capital.And on this basis,we adopt empirical method to study the effect of new generation of migrant workers＇ psychological capital on job satisfaction and job-change orientation.Results show that there are significant differences（P0.05）in psychological capital,self-efficacy,toughness and optimism.Regression analysis shows that gender and age have little effect on job satisfaction and job-change orientation.Psychological capital and four dimensions have positive effect on job satisfaction and negative effect on job-change orientation.Compared with any other dimensions,psychological capital can explain more of the variation of the effect variables.
