摘　　要：班级目标管理是应用目标管理理论对高校班级工作进行的研究。通过研究班级目标管理的概念,从宏观、微观和个人三个层面协调构建班级目标管理的内容,提出了组织班级活动、引入适度竞争、加强过程监控等实施班级目标管理的有效措施,有助于促进学生个人发展,培养良好班风。Class management by objectives is the application of the objectives theory to the college class work.Based on studying the concept of the class objective management,the paper constructs the content of the class objective management from the macroscopic views,microscopic views and individual views.Thus it puts forward the effective measures of the class objective management,such as：organizing class activities;introducing moderate competition;strengthening the process monitoring.All these are vital important to students＇ personal development and the cultivation of good class atmosphere.
