下肢进行性肌肉萎缩（DMD）畸形标本观测与影像考察报告

摘　　要：对一例左下肢肌、骨萎缩并踝关节跖屈内足翻畸形的标本，采用人类学观测和影像解剖对比法进行考察，结果发现围长（mm）4／．00，（4．60），腓肠肌中点围长（mm）26．60（32．10）；从横断面观察可见肌肉明显萎缩，被大量的脂肪所替代，股骨干中部矢径（mm）12．30（27．09）；中部横径（mm）19．00（26．2）；腓骨体中部最小径（ram）5．60（10．071）；明显细缩了近一倍。考察发现踝关节跖屈足内翻畸形。影像解剖发现股骨干和端较细，干髁反比差大呈鼓槌状阴影，但膝关节无骨质增生和积液影像；腓骨体也显示萎缩阴影象。综合分析，该例标本可能为一进行性肌肉萎缩症（肌假性肥大症）伴长骨萎缩症畸形。a case of left lower limb muscle, bone atrophy and ankle plantar equine inside foot turn deformed speci- mens, the anthropology observation and imaging anatomy contrast method to carry on the inspection, found that girth （mm）, 47.00 （4.60）, gastrocnemius midpoint girth （mm） 26.60 （32.10） From the cross--sectional observation visible muscle atrophy to significantly, by a large amount of fat, femoral replaced central radius vector （mm） 12.30 （27.09） the central transverse diameter （mm） 19.00 （26.2） ~ Fibula body mid the path （mm） 5.60 （10. 071） ~ Obviously fine draws close to a times. Survey found that ankle plantar equine foot varus deformity. Image anatomical found femoral and end is fine, dry condyle reverse contrast big is drumstick shape shadow, but without the knee joint bone hyperplasia and effusion image~ Fibula body also shows a fine shadow symbol. Comprehensive analysis, the cases of the table may be a progressive muscular dystrophy （pseudo muscle hypertrophy） with long bone atrophy deformity.
