摘　　要：目的:评价脊髓小脑性共济失调12型维吾尔族患者的MRI表现对此类疾病的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析了7例SCA12型患者的MRI表现。结果:SCA12型患者MRI特点以大脑皮质、小脑皮质和蚓部萎缩为主。结论:国内首次报道维吾尔族SCA12型神经影像学特点,其对临床诊断有提示作用,并且可以帮助鉴别诊断。Purpose： To assess the value of MRI features in diagnosis of spinocerebellar ataxia type 12 （SCA12） from Uygur nationality patients. Methods： MRI features of seven SCA12 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The main characteristics of SCA12 patients were atrophy of the cerebral cortex, cerebellar cortex and vermis. Conclusion： In domestic, we firstly reported the neuroimaging characteristics of SCA12 from Uygur nationality. MRI features can be the hint for clinical diagnosis and can provide an effective way for differential diagnosis.
