摘  要:教师导师制是一种成本低、时效性强的教师专业发展模式,在教师教育领域已日趋受到重视。本质上而言,它是一种具有合作性质的人际互动模式,具体体现在其目的性、规则性、互动性和互惠性这四个方面。这四大核心特征也分别折射出了导师制的现实与理论依据、指导的原则与规律、合作的模式与层次以及功能与效果的指向性。在实践中,只有深刻领会教师导师制的核心内涵,才有助于避免"导而不力"和"导而无效"的后果,使其在教师专业化运动中发挥最大的作用。Teacher mentoring is a model of teacher professional development with low cost and high efficiency,which has been increasingly emphasized in teacher education field.In essence,it is an interpersonal interaction model with cooperative nature,which is embodied in four aspects:its dual purpose,sharing rules,bidirectional interaction and mutual benefit.The four core characteristics also reflect respectively its practical and theoretical basis,guiding principles and rules,cooperation modes and levels as well as the directivity of its function and effect.In practice,only by having a deep understanding of the core connotation of teacher mentoring can it helps to avoid being "ineffective",thus making it play its full role in teacher professional development.
