对高职空中乘务专业校企合作办学现状的思考

摘　　要：当前各高职院校空中乘务专业纷纷与企业进行合作,寻求可持续发展之路。空中乘务专业的生存发展有赖于校企合作的落实。但由于各校具体情况不同,校企合作办学情况参差不齐。本文分析了当前高职院校空中乘务专业校企合作的现状及存在的问题,从政府、民航企业和高职院校三个方面提出了进一步加强校企合作的建议。To survive, it is common for vocational colleges to seek to cooperate with airline companies or enterprises to develop vocational curriculum. In a sense, good curriculum depends on the extent of cooperation between vocational institutions and enterprises. However, the practice of cooperation varies from school to school. The paper makes an inves- tigation into the cooperative programs and examines the problems existing, based on which, it proposes strategies of strengthening the cooperation which involves the government, airline companies or enterprises and vocational colleges.
