摘　　要：情商是青少年适应现代社会生存、竞争、发展的重要能力。在职业教育中有意识地培养学生的情商,具有积极而深远的意义。良好的班级氛围有利于培养学生的情商,在良好的师生关系中让学生学会尊重、自信、赏识和宽容;通过有目的的主题班会和各种实践活动培养学生的合作能力和抗挫折能力,从而引导学生放弃自卑心理,以乐观的心态去学习、生活,做一个高情商的人。EQ is the adolescents′ important ability to adapt to modern society,competition and development.Consciously cultivating students′ EQ in the vocational education has a positive and far-reaching significance.A good class atmosphere is conducive to cultivate students′ EQ,making students learn respect,confidence,appreciation and tolerance in the good relationship between teachers and students;through purposeful theme class meeting and a variety of activities to train students′ ability to cooperate and anti frustration ability,so as to guide students to give up the inferiority complex,with optimistic,energetic state of mind to learn and live,to be a high EQ person.
