地方院校教师工作满意度现状调查研究

摘　　要：采用教师工作满意度调查问卷对地方院校157名教师进行了调查,结果显示:(1)地方院校教师工作满意度不高;(2)地方院校教师工作满意度在性别、婚姻状况上没有显著差异;(3)地方院校教师工作满意度在年龄、教龄上有显著差异;(4)教授的工作满意度最高。依此提出了相应的改进措施。Totally 157 local universities teachers were investigated by questionnaires about teachers＇ job satisfaction. The results showed that （1） On the whole, local universities teachers＇ job satisfaction was not high;（2） It was not significantly different in sex or marriage; （3） It was significantly different in age or seniority; （4） Prolessors＇ satisfaction was higher than others. So that local universities should take corresponding measures to iraprove their work
