摘　　要：针对高校马克思主义理论专业硕士研究生生源的现状,我们在某高校进行了问卷调查。调查显示:该校的文科专业应届毕业生是报考本专业硕士研究生的主体,但报考前他们对本专业了解甚少,而其报考的目的,是提高学历或改换一下专业,很少是出于对本专业的兴趣和爱好。这表明,马克思主义理论专业硕士研究生的生源亟待改善。为此,我们建议:学校应支持和鼓励有思想政治理论学习背景的本科生报考本专业,同时鼓励有思想政治工作背景的在职人员报考本专业,尤其是增加思想政治理论专业的在校本科生比例,甚至增设马克思主义理论相关的本科专业,使马克思主义理论专业研究生有更好的考生来源。We carried out a questionnaire survey in a university about the source of postgraduates majoring in Marxist Theory. The survey shows that: fresh graduates of liberal arts majors are the main candidates of its master’s degree study. Knowing little about this major before they apply for it, they just want to upgrade their qualifications or change their majors, few choose the major with interests. All this indicates the urgent needs to improve the source of postgraduates majoring in Marxist Theory. Therefore, to achieve the goal that providing better source of postgraduates majoring in Marxist Theory, we recommend that universities should encourage undergraduates with ideological and political theory and incumbents with that work background to apply for the major, especially increase the proportion of the ideological and political undergraduates, or even add undergraduate majors relative to Marxism Theory.
