摘  要:在分析从业意识内涵及其重要性的基础上,以提升教育质量、促进学生就业为目标,指出目前中职学校从业意识教育存在着认识尚未到位、教育体系缺乏系统性和完整性、教育目标存在功利性和短期性等问题。以平面设计专业为例,结合具体教学实践,提出在专业课教学过程中培养学生敬业意识、自信意识、团队意识、创新意识、责任意识等从业意识的具体路径。Basing on the analysis of connotation and importance in occupation consciousness, and aiming at promoting teaching quality and improving student employment, this paper pointed out the problems in occupation consciousness education in current secondary vocational schools, including the inadequate cognition in occupation consciousness ed- ucation, the lack of systematicness and integrality in education system, and the existence of the utilitarianism and short-term consideration in educational objectives. Taking the graphic design field as an example and combining the specific practice, the particular cultivation path of occupation consciousness covering professional consciousness, con- fidence consciousness, team consciousness, innovation consciousness and responsibility consciousness in teaching process of professiona courses were also put forward.
