摘 要:利用应变控制的低周疲劳试验,研究了实际辙叉用高锰钢在循环变形过程中的循环应力应变行为、峰/谷应力响应、以及循环变形之后材料硬度的变化。结果表明,辙叉高锰钢在循环加载初期呈现明显的循环硬化现象;随循环周次的增加,峰/谷应力逐渐达到饱和、稳定状态;随着应变幅的增加,辙叉钢的循环硬化速率加快,达到循环饱和时所需要的循环周次减少;与未变形辙叉钢相比,循环变形后辙叉材料的硬度大幅增加。The cyclic stress/strain behavior, the peak and valley stress responses, as well as the variations of hardness of the samples taken from an actual Hadfield high manganese steel for crossing during cyclic deformation were investigated by means of strain- controlled low cycle fatigue tests. The results ,indicate that obvious cyclic hardening occurs in the investigated steel during initial cyclic deformation, and the peak and valley stresses reach a steady state with increasing the number of cycles. The cyclic hardening rate increases whereas the number of cycles to reach a saturated stress state decreases with increasing the applied strain amplitude. Additionally, the hardness of the cyclically deformed Hadfield high manganese steel increases largely, as compared to the unde- formed Hadfield high manganese steel.
