摘  要:为了解不同茶树品种在相同氟(F)背景值下对F的吸收积累特征,为选育低F茶树品种提供参考,选取同一茶园测定了黔湄502等13个茶树品种的叶长、叶宽和叶面积,以及各品种的侧根、老叶、嫩叶(一芽2叶)的F含量及其转移系数,并进行了老嫩叶的F含量与其叶长、叶宽、叶面积的相关性以及茶树品种嫩叶的F聚类分析。结果表明:同一生境下13个茶树品种体内的F含量分布次序为老叶(2142.26~5090.83 mg/kg)>嫩叶(64.44~193.10 mg/kg)>侧根(29.77~145.56 mg/kg);老叶、嫩叶的F转移系数分别为24.00~96.83、0.86~3.53,品种间差异显著;嫩叶对F的吸收累积量与其叶长、叶宽、叶面积无直线相关性。13个茶树品种可划分为4个类型,其中低F品种类型包含湄潭苔茶、贵茶育8号和黔湄701 3个品种。In order to understand the characteristics of fluorine (F) uptake and accumulation and provide the basis for breeding low F content tea varieties among 13 cultivars in the soils with the same background, the leaf length, leaf width, leaf area and F concentrations and F transfer coefficients of lateral root, old leaves and young leaves ( a bud and tow leaves) were analyzed among 13 tea varieties of the same tea garden. The results showed that, under the same habitat, distribution order of F in the tea plants was old leaves 〉 young leaves 〉 lateral root, F contents among 13 tea eultivars were different, F concentrations in lateral root, old and young leaves were 29.77 - 145.56, 2142.26 - 5090.83,64.44 - 193.10 mg/kg, respectively. F transfer coefficients of old and young leaves among 13 tea cultivam were significantly different, F transfer coefficients of old and young leaves were 24.00 - 96.83, 0.86 - 3.53, respectively. The correlation analysis showed F concentrations of young leaves did not correlate with leaf length, leaf width and leaf area. Then 13 tea cultivars were clustered into 4 types, of which the type of low F content included the 3 cuhivars of Meitantai, Guichayu 8 and Qianmei 701.
