在视域融合中实现信仰教育与知识教育的统一——以“思想道德修养与法律基础”课为例

摘　　要：马克思主义的信仰教育是高校思想政治教育的核心,但它面临着诸多挑战:高等教育对高深学问的根本要求、专业化的社会发展趋势、科学主义的质疑、价值中立的要求等,归结起来,其根本矛盾就是信仰教育与知识教育的矛盾。以视域融合的方式,有助于实现信仰教育与知识教育的统一与融合。这需要满足三个前提条件:一是教师必须形成自身视域,而且必须是形成马克思主义的视域;二是尊重学生的视域,建构积极的教与学共同体;三是必须在视域开放中保持批判精神。"思想道德修养与法律基础"课的教学实践中,通过在知识教育中传递马克思主义的信仰、在信仰教育中培养法律精神、帮助学生建立完善的信仰体系这三种视域融合途径,有助于提升思想政治教育的实效。Marxist faith education is the core of the ideological and political education,but it faces many challenges：the requirement ad- vanced knowledge of higher education, the social trend of professionalization, the doubt on the scientism as well as the requirement of value neu- trality. The scope of the fusion of hofizom can help realize the unity of faith education and knowledge education and improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education.
