摘　　要：探讨了系统思维方法对改进科技查新质量的重要指导作用,提出了系统思维方法中的整体性、动态性和最优化原则运用于医药卫生科技查新质量控制,有助于提高查新结论的客观性、公正性和准确性。The role of systematic thinking methods in improving the novelty assessment of literature was studied. The integrative, dynamic and optical principles for the quality control of medical and health literature novelty assessment were put forward, which may help to improve the objectivity, impartiality, and accuracy of conclusions in novelty assessment of literature.
