摘　　要：开展实践教学是提高学生实践能力、培养学生创新精神的关键。通过对茶树栽培技术课程教学内容和教学方式进行改革实践,提出了要加强实践教学管理、制定实践教学质量标准等措施,以促进学生实践技能的培养和提高,对高职院校开展实践教学具有一定的指导意义。Practice teaching is the key to improving students＇ practice ability and cultivating students＇ innovation spirit. Through the reform and practice of teaching content and teaching methods of tea cultivation techniques course,measures including strengthening the practice teaching management,making the practice teaching quality standards and etc were put forward to promote the cultivation and improvement of students＇practical skills. This had certain guiding significance for the practice teaching of vocational college.
