百里香提取物对大鼠足肿胀的抑制效应

摘　　要：为研究百里香提取物对大鼠炎症的抑制作用,分别用足跖注射角叉菜胶和蛋清的方法建立急性炎症模型,在肿胀高峰时于肿胀局部涂抹百里香提取物.结果显示,百里香提取物能够有效抑制角叉菜胶或蛋清引起的急性炎症反应并显著降低足跖肿胀程度,其消肿效应显著优于红花油.In order to investigate the inhibitory effects of thyme extract to inflammation at rats,acute inflammation model is constructed by injection of carrageenan and egg white to toe,respectively.The thyme extract is smeared on the edema local at swelling peak.The results show that the thyme extract could effectively inhibit the acute inflammatory response induced by carrageenan or egg white,and significantly reduces the degree of toe swelling,the inhibitory effects of thyme extract is significantly greater than that of safflower oil.
